• Timeframe: 30 to 90 business days from delivery.
• Product condition: Unused and uninstalled. Repack the item exactly as received in its original packaging.
• Return cost: 

1. Return: 30–90 days: 25% restocking fee.
2. Return: 91 days: 40% restocking fee or may not be returnable
3. Exchange: 30–90 days: 15% restocking fee 
4. Exchange: 91 days: 25% restocking fee

• The return shipping label cost will be deducted from the original purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Request: Contact support@tbboutique.com to request an RGA and the return label.
• Refund: The refund will be issued once the product arrives at the store for inspection, and we will notify you via your registered email address.

For product exchanges, if the value is higher than the original cost, you must complete the exchange within the days it takes to process the request. If the cost is lower, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Shipping Damage Claims: Report damage within 5 business days of delivery to support@tbboutique.com, including clear photos as evidence. Replacement is subject to availability.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: 2 years.
